Instructions

  1. 01

    Start on all fours with hands slightly ahead of your shoulders.

  2. 02

    Tuck your toes and lift your hips up and back.

  3. 03

    Straighten your legs and press your heels toward the floor.

  4. 04

    Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, breathing steadily.
