Instructions

  1. 01

Lie on one side with the legs stacked and straight, and support the head on the lower arm.

  2. 02

Brace the trunk so the torso stays square and does not roll backwards.

  3. 03

Lift the top leg to about 30 to 45 degrees, keeping the toes pointing forward.

  4. 04

Hold the leg there for the prescribed time, breathing normally.

  5. 05

Lower the leg under control and repeat on the other side.

Choose a load and range you can control. These instructions are general guidance, not a substitute for individual coaching.
