Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch

A half-kneeling stretch that opens the hip flexors of the rear leg by pressing the hips forward.

Instructions

  1. 01

    Kneel on one knee with the other foot flat in front.

  2. 02

    Keep your torso upright and core gently braced.

  3. 03

    Press your hips forward until the front of the rear hip stretches.

  4. 04

    Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, breathing steadily.

  5. 05

    Switch sides and repeat.
