Band Chest Fly

A chest fly against a resistance band anchored behind you, keeping tension on the chest through the whole arc.

Instructions

  1. 01

    Anchor the band at chest height behind you and hold one end in each hand.

  2. 02

    Step forward until the band is taut, arms open wide with a slight bend in the elbows.

  3. 03

    Bring your hands together in front of your chest in a wide arc.

  4. 04

    Open back to the start under control, keeping the elbow bend fixed.
