Basics

Understanding your progress statistics

How workout history, warm-up sets, and edits affect your records and statistics.

Repva calculates personal records and training statistics from your saved workouts.

Exercise history

Review weights, reps, and notes from previous sessions of the same exercise. Weight and reps are shown separately so you can compare sets with different loads and repetition counts.

Warm-up sets

Warm-up sets remain in your workout, labelled as warm-ups. Repva excludes them from working-set totals, volume, muscle heatmaps, and personal records.

Muscle statistics

The muscle view reflects the exercises and sets you logged. It shows the distribution of your training across muscles, not soreness, recovery, or readiness for another session.

Editing past workouts

You can edit or delete saved workouts and add entries for past dates. Correct a weight or rep count in the original workout to update the records and statistics calculated from it.

Workout notes

Notes saved with your workouts provide details that aren’t captured by weights and reps, such as equipment settings or technique changes.
