Basics
Getting Started
Sign in, set up, and log your first workout.
Repva is currently in development for iPhone. This guide introduces the workout flow being built for launch.
1. Sign in
Once Repva is available, download it and open it. Choose Continue with Apple, or Continue with email and enter the one-time code Repva sends you. There is no password.
2. Set up
Setup asks for your date of birth, since you must be 13 or older, and your units for weight, distance and body measurements. Bodyweight is optional; you can add it later in Body measurements.
You can then connect Apple Health: Steps for your daily count, and Import cardio workouts for runs, rides and more from your watch. Both are optional and stay available in Settings.
3. Start a workout
Tap Start, the button in the middle of the dock, and choose one:
- Workout — an empty workout.
- Routine — a workout from one of your routines.
- Stretch — the stretch log, which needs no workout.
Add exercises from the library. Search by name, or filter by muscle, equipment and type.
4. Log your sets
Enter each set’s weight and reps, or its time or distance, and tick the set when it is done. Only ticked sets are saved.
Ticking a set starts the rest timer, which also shows on the Lock Screen. A set that beats one of your personal records is marked as soon as you tick it.
5. Finish
Tap Complete below your last exercise and confirm. The summary shows the workout’s personal records, the muscles it worked and every set.
Working offline
Repva saves every workout on your phone first, so you can log with no connection. Workouts back up to your account when you are online, and signing in on a new phone restores them.
